Envelope closed: roof, glazing, entrance group. The enclosed-stone stove is set, the flue is run, and the first-firing protocol is under way.

Raising the shell on site
The shell went up on the foundation in 11 shifts. Every course seated on its dowels without refitting — the workshop marking matched log for log.

Delivery to Almaty
A 3-truck convoy cleared the border. Unloading on-site tomorrow.

At our workshop, master carpenters are hand-hewing the first-floor logs. 12 days until shipment.
