Who processes your data

The data controller is Global Kraft, based in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. For any question about how your data is handled, write to info@globalcraft.kg — we answer within a working week.

This policy describes what happens to the data you leave on globalcraftkg.com. We have written it in plain language: if any wording reads as ambiguous to you, tell us and we will clarify it here.

What we collect

Through the forms on this site — the quote request, the contact form, the catalog download and the calculator form — we receive what you enter yourself:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your email address, if you provide one;
• your delivery city;
• the project and options you selected in the calculator.

The AI chat on this site

The site runs a chat assistant built on a language model. The content of your messages is transmitted to OpenAI (USA) to generate a reply and is processed on their servers. Please do not put identity-document numbers, payment details or medical information into the chat — it is not designed for them.

The conversation history is stored on our side so that a human colleague can see the context when you move from the chat to a person.

Where enquiries are sent

Notifications about new enquiries reach our sales team through Telegram, a third-party messenger, and the data contained in that notification (name, phone, city, project) is processed on its infrastructure.

The enquiries themselves are stored in a database hosted on Vercel and Neon infrastructure. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising or for any purpose other than answering your enquiry.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses a minimum of functional mechanisms:

• NEXT_LOCALE — a cookie holding your chosen interface language;
• gk_city — a cookie holding an approximate city derived from your IP address, kept for 30 days and used to pre-fill the delivery city in forms;
• your theme preference — kept in your browser’s localStorage;
• your saved calculator quote — kept in localStorage so you do not lose your selection when the page reloads.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless service that collects anonymised, aggregated visit statistics: page views, referral sources, device type. It does not build a profile of an individual visitor and does not track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and conversations for 24 months from the last contact — long enough to cover the sales cycle, warranty questions and repeat orders. After that they are deleted.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner: write to info@globalcraft.kg from the address or number you used when contacting us. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data of yours we hold, to receive a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, to withdraw consent to processing, and to request deletion. An email to info@globalcraft.kg is enough.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and it may mean we can no longer continue preparing your quote.

Changes to this policy

If the data we collect or the services we use change, we will update this page and the date below. For material changes we will also notify anyone whose enquiry is currently in progress.
